Denver Botanic Gardens

Last week we visited the Denver Botanic Gardens.  It was beautiful!!!  They have incorporated sculpture throughout the gardens - what a wonderful place.

We walked around and were (or at least I was) surprised at how many of the plants we plant in Texas with our heat are thriving there in Colorado of all places.  Who knew??? Not me!

 Yucca Rostrata in bloom.
 Red Yuccas in bloom.

 Smoke Tree in bloom.
They had several water features- all equally stunning.

I took a lot of photos so I thought I would split it up into two or three posts as to not bore or overwhelm.  Hope you enjoy.  If you ever get a chance, it is well worth your time.
