My Newest Creation

I just finished this planter today- I kinda like the way it turned out if I do say so myself. I have already had a few compliments today! I put in a Black Prince Echeveria, Variegated Society Garlic, Kalanchoe Beharensis (which is my favorite- it was in the movie Man On Fire that is probably one of my favorite movies of all time), Ice Plant- Aptenia cordifolia, and then Crassula Silver Dollars.
I love mixing the different things up. I planted the front beds but they have a way to go until they get photographed. I will post pics of those soon.

  1. Ooh! Lovely planting. So is this in full sun or part shade? Do these plants do well in a Texas summer? If so, I'd love some.

  2. Thanks! They are in full sun right now and will be fine through the summer- the Kalanchoe, Crassula and Ice Plant are tender and would need to be brought inside for a freeze. They will do great through the summer though. Coming from you that is a HUGE compliment that you like it. Thanks!!!!
